About the Role

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with partners in the US market, driving performance, and scaling affiliate collaborations.

You will own a specific vertical (Finance or Health), becoming the go-to person for partners in your niche and playing a key role in the department’s growth.

This role is communication-heavy and requires confidence across multiple channels — from calls and voice messages to Slack, email, and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners (primarily US-based)
• Take full ownership of a specific vertical (Finance or Health)
• Negotiate and increase CPA rates to maximize performance
• Identify new partnership opportunities and scale existing ones
• Communicate with partners across multiple channels (calls, voice, Slack, email, etc.)
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and trust in partner communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on performance and strategy
• Actively contribute to the growth and scaling of the SMS affiliate direction

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English, with high confidence in real-time communication
• Proven ability to communicate with US or English-speaking partners
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
• Understanding of affiliate ecosystems and partner networks (e.g., ClickBank, BuyGoods, etc.)
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
• Ability to think on your feet and handle conversations without predefined scripts
• High level of ownership and responsibility for your results

Nice to Have

• Experience working with specific niches (Finance, Health, or similar verticals)
• Background of living, studying, or working closely with the US market
• Strong improvisation skills — ability to confidently navigate conversations even with incomplete information
• A natural ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with partners
