🎯 Job Description

As an Infrastructure Manager, you will act as an operational coordinator between technical infrastructure and internal teams (development, email marketing, and operations).
Your mission is to bring structure, visibility, and operational control to infrastructure-related processes. You will help manage domains, servers, and access, monitor system health, and ensure that all infrastructure-related tasks are executed clearly and on time.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid of technical topics but does not need to be a deep engineer, enjoys structure and processes, and can act as a reliable connector between teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing domains and servers
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and limits
• Support basic infrastructure tasks such as backups, configurations, and load monitoring
• Follow and maintain infrastructure-related processes and workflows
• Update and structure internal documentation
• Manage access to servers, WordPress, and other systems
• Review infrastructure for unused or inactive assets (servers/domains)
• Research and test new server providers
• Track and optimize infrastructure-related costs
• Coordinate with development, email marketing, and other teams
• Track ongoing tasks, updates, and infrastructure-related activities
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams

📌 Requirements

• Basic understanding of infrastructure: servers, domains, hosting, DNS
• Experience in a technical role (DevOps / Technical Support / System Administrator)
• Experience working with tables (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Ability to follow processes and work with structured workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
• English B1+

📌 Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Experience with WordPress/CPANEL (or analogs)
• Previous experience in technical/operational coordination or infrastructure-related roles
• Experience working with hosting providers, accounting and payment processing
