🎯 Job Description

As a Trackers Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the full stability, accuracy, and integrity of our tracking systems.

This role sits at the intersection of technical infrastructure and performance marketing. Your mission is to ensure clean traffic, accurate attribution, correct conversion data flow, anduninterrupted tracking stability across all active campaigns.

You will own tracking architecture end-to-end — from flow configuration and routing logic to fraud filtering and postback validation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership and maintenance of all company tracking systems
• Setup and control of flows, links, rotators, and routing logic
• Ensure accurate attribution and correct S2S (server-to-server) postback data transmission
• Continuous monitoring of data quality and resolution of discrepancies with partner reports
• Setup and maintenance of traffic filtering (ISP, GEO, device, IP, etc.)
• Mandatory work with anti-fraud tools to maintain traffic cleanliness
• Registration, setup, and maintenance of backup tracking accounts
• Testing new tracking services and optimizing existing infrastructure
• Documentation of tracking structure and standardization of processes
• Fast reaction to technical inconsistencies and ensuring system stability

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience working with tracking systems
• Strong understanding of attribution logic and S2S postbacks
• Experience with traffic filtering and routing logic
• Basic understanding of UTM structures
• Experience working with anti-fraud systems
• High attention to detail
• Strong systems-thinking mindset
• English level: B2+

• Experience working with multiple tracking platforms (RedTrack, ClickMagick, Voluum, or
• similar)
• Clear understanding of the difference between client-side tracking and S2S (server-to-
• server) postbacks
• Experience configuring CAPI / Conversion API integrations
• Experience with email traffic or affiliate marketing
• Advanced experience with anti-fraud tools and traffic filtering
• Process automation skills (Zapier, APIs, webhooks, or similar tools)
