🎯 Job Description
As an AI Automation Specialist, you’ll design, build, and maintain intelligent automation systems that remove manual work, reduce errors, and dramatically increase execution speed across the company.

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who understands both AI capabilities and real operational workflows. You’ll work on production-grade systems — not experiments — supporting a high-volume, automation-first media and publishing operation.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Publishing, Analytics, and Technical Operations teams to turn complex, manual processes into clean, scalable, and reliable automated workflows.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

AI & Workflow Automation

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows for content, analytics, QA, and operations
• Automate repetitive, high-volume processes using AI tools, scripts, and integrations
• Build systems connecting platforms via APIs, webhooks, and structured data pipelines
• Reduce manual work, execution time, and error rates across teams

Data & Analytics Automation

• Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation (Google Sheets, BigQuery, APIs)
• Build anomaly detection, alerting, and performance monitoring systems
• Support analytics workflows using Python scripts and AI-assisted analysis
• Ensure clean, reliable, automation-ready data pipelines

Publishing & QA Systems

• Build automated QA checks for links, UTMs, SubIDs, formatting, and content structure
• Support newsletter and broadcast teams with pre-send validation tools
• Implement AI-assisted content checks, summaries, and optimization workflows

Infrastructure & Operations Support

• Support Technical Operations with automation for account setup, domains, and templates
• Build scripts and tools that standardize setups and reduce operational risk
• Document systems clearly to ensure scalability and long-term maintainability

📌 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in automation, technical operations, data engineering, or similar roles
• Strong Python skills for automation, data processing, and integrations
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations (REST, webhooks, CSV pipelines)
• Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar)
• Practical experience using LLMs in production workflows (not experiments)
• Strong prompt engineering skills for reliable, repeatable outputs
• Experience with Google Sheets / Excel (advanced formulas, large datasets, automation)
• Solid SQL skills (queries, joins, aggregations); experience with BigQuery is a strong plus
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to translate messy, manual processes into clean, automated systems
• High ownership, autonomy, and execution discipline
• English level: C1 or higher

📌 Nice to Have

• Experience with email or newsletter platforms (Substack, Ghost, Beehiiv, or similar)
• Understanding of UTMs, tracking links, SubIDs, and attribution logic
• Experience automating QA around links, formatting, and tracking
• Background in media, publishing, or high-volume content operations
