Now we’re scaling our affiliate revenue operations and looking for a data-driven expert who can maximize profitability across our network of newsletter accounts.

🎯 Role Overview

As an Affiliate Monetization Manager, you will own the full revenue cycle for affiliate offers across dozens of newsletter properties.
Your mission: maximize revenue through smart offer selection, strong partnerships, data-backed optimization, and continuous experimentation.

You will work remotely, collaborating daily with our international teams, with periodic business trips to Warsaw for strategy sessions, QBRs, and team syncs.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on numbers, understands affiliate mechanics deeply, and makes decisions based on performance data.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Operations & Execution

• Manage daily monetization operations across all newsletters.
• Review offers, evaluate EPC, CTR, CR, and traffic quality.
• Assign and rotate offers to maximize RPM, RPS, RPSu, and Fill Rate.
• Monitor caps, approvals, pacing, and prevent under-delivery.
• Ensure the monetization pipeline runs smoothly across all accounts.
  
  

Revenue & Analytics

• Analyze performance to find the best combinations of placements + offers + newsletters.
• Lead A/B tests for creatives, placements, hooks, and rotations.
• Build monthly optimization plans aimed at consistent revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for KPIs tracking and analysis

Partner & Offer Development

• Source new offers from networks, agencies, and direct brands.
• Expand our portfolio of high-performing advertisers.
• Negotiate payout increases, exclusive deals, and custom offers.
• Build strong long-term relationships with affiliate managers.
  
  

Monetization Strategy

• Collaborate with content & design teams to ensure brand-fit placements and strong engagement.
  
  

📌 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or email monetization.
• Experience with Everflow, HasOffers, Impact, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Power BI, or other BI/dashboard tools.
• Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, EPC, RPM, RPS, RPSu.
• Comfortable analyzing traffic quality and performance funnels.
• Experienced with U.S. geo.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, multitasking ability, fast decision-making.
• Comfortable working remotely with periodic visits to the Warsaw office.
