Senior Executive Product Owner

We’re looking for a Senior Executive Product Manager to lead research, planning, and execution of new initiatives across platforms, workflows, content, and monetization.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys autonomy, and excels at turning vague ideas into working systems — independently and at speed.

You’ll operate with minimal bureaucracy, full ownership, and a strong bias toward execution. This role is not about decks, meetings, or approvals. It’s about building real systems that work.

Key Responsibilities

Special Project Execution

• Own end-to-end execution of exploratory and growth initiatives
• Translate broad ideas into actionable plans and working systems
• Drive projects from concept to live execution without hand-holding

Platform Research & Deployment

• Research new platforms, tools, software, and business models
• Understand how they work, including operational and compliance considerations
• Present findings clearly and implement functional prototypes

Operations & Setup

• Manage technical workflows, tool setup, and vendor onboarding
• Source light creative or technical support via platforms like Upwork or Fiverr
• Execute structured plans quickly, accurately, and with minimal oversight

Market & Opportunity Research

• Analyze new business opportunities, niches, or verticals
• Research product—market fit across different categories
• Deliver clear, structured insights that support fast decision-making

AI & Automation

• Use advanced AI tools to generate and optimize content, video, audio, and workflows
• Build and maintain AI-driven systems for content creation, repurposing, summarization, and research
• Continuously track new tools and apply the best ones to each project

Freelancer & Vendor Management

• Source, brief, and manage external specialists as needed
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and at a high standard

Requirements

• Strong execution background in product, operations, or technical roles
• Highly organized and execution-oriented mindset
• Tech-native and extremely comfortable learning new tools quickly
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven workflows and digital production
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direction
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a wide variety of task types
• High level of English, written and spoken (required)
