We are actively scaling our Beehiiv content direction and building a portfolio of niche blogs across finance, health, pet health, and e-commerce.

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who will manage Beehiiv blogs as projects, ensuring structured execution, clear processes, and consistent results.

🎯 About the Role

You will:

• work with clearly defined tasks and goals;
• organize and control their execution;
• ensure deadlines, quality, and process stability;
• act as a reliable executor of assigned tasks.
  
  

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Managing Beehiiv blogs as operational projects
• Planning and coordinating tasks across teams (content, design, technical)
• Controlling deadlines, task status, and execution quality
• Working with task trackers and internal workflows
• Maintaining clear and structured communication with the team and stakeholders
• Ensuring stable operations without bottlenecks or delays
• Monitoring task-level and process-level KPIs (not strategy ownership)

• A strong executor who reliably delivers assigned tasks

📌 Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager / Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role
• Understanding of content and marketing-related operational processes
• Experience coordinating teams and task execution
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• English level sufficient for working with tasks and documentation
• Email marketing background — a plus, but not required
