🎯 Job Description
As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving reporting and analytics that support decision-making across the Email Marketing Department and executive team.

This role is critical for ensuring data accuracy, clear insights, and scalable reporting processes. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to transform raw data into structured dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and deliver ongoing reports
• Develop and improve data analysis processes, data collection systems, and reporting strategies
• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain structured databases
• Support the Executive team with reporting and analytics insights
• Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards and spreadsheets
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates

📌 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, pivots)
• Experience working with SQL (SELECT, JOIN, UNION, UPDATE, DELETE, INSERT), including BigQuery
• Deep understanding of data manipulation (merging datasets, missing data handling, data cleansing)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive and creative mindset with a desire to continuously improve reporting and dashboards
• English level: B1 or higher
