We are a fast-growing international digital marketing company operating across the U.S. market. Our teams run high-volume SMS outreach, performance marketing, and large-scale content distribution projects reaching millions of users monthly.

We operate globally with hubs in Warsaw, Kyiv, Miami, and Monaco, and we are scaling rapidly due to new product launches and the expansion of our SMS operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. STOP / Unsubscribe / Reply Monitoring

  • Review STOP/UNSUB/HELP replies daily.
  • Tag, filter, and update suppression lists in real time.
  • Detect anomalies or risky patterns and escalate when needed.

2. Suppression Database Management

  • Maintain a unified suppression database across all providers.
  • Sync data between platforms, profiles, and routes.
  • Ensure no suppressed contact ever receives an outbound message.

3. Landing Page & Domain Compliance Checks

  • Daily audit of landing pages for required legal text: disclaimers, terms, privacy.
  • Verify all domains contain proper compliance elements.
  • Check redirects and mobile responsiveness.

4. Documentation & Verification

  • Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation, including:
    • Company address
    • EIN
    • Privacy policy links
    • 10DLC data
  • Verify profiles and documentation packages meet carrier requirements.

5. Reporting

  • Produce weekly compliance summaries with risks, findings, and trends.
  • Recommend improvements based on data.

Requirements

  • 1.5–3+ years in operations, compliance, QA, data verification, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail — zero-mistake mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of granular data.
  • Confident working with Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Understanding of opt-out / unsubscribe logic.
  • English — Upper Intermediate (B2+):
    • Ability to read and interpret carrier rules and legal disclaimers.
    • Write internal reports and weekly summaries clearly.
    • Communicate with providers and partners when needed.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in SMS/MMS, CPaaS, affiliate, or gray-zone marketing projects.
  • Basic understanding of TCPA, 10DLC, or carrier compliance requirements.
  • Experience in content moderation or manual QA.
