Now we’re looking for a Senior Broadcast Operations Manager to lead and optimize our ad broadcasting and placement pipeline.
You’ll build and manage the advertising calendar, ensure flawless execution across all campaigns, and collaborate with Content, Analytics, and Growth teams to maximize monetization and efficiency.

🎯 Job Description
This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands email monetization mechanics, and brings proven expertise in broadcast execution, campaign scheduling, and ad placement optimization.
Your impact will be measured by the revenue and performance growth of our newsletter network.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain ad placement calendars across 50+ newsletter properties.
  • Manage ad inventory, placement rotation, and partner allocations.
  • Assign offers, creatives, hooks, and links based on strategy and past performance.
  • Ensure correct tracking, UTM tagging, and attribution for each send.
  • Maintain broadcast quality and sending cadence.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to evaluate results and refine strategy.
  • Report on monetization performance, efficiency, and fill rate.
  • Continuously improve workflows, automation, and systems.
  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue, optimize offers, and improve placements.
  • Act as a central command point for broadcast execution.

📌 Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in media buying, affiliate, or direct-response marketing.
  • Proven experience in campaign management or ad scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of tracking, UTMs, pacing, frequency, and delivery windows.
  • Hands-on experience with email or newsletter monetization is a plus.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and confident in decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • English — C1 level (both written and spoken).
  • Thrives under responsibility, stays calm under scale.

💡 Nice to Have

  • Experience in affiliate or performance media (direct response preferred).
  • Newsletter monetization or ad operations background.
  • Familiarity with U.S. DTC / affiliate offers.

  • High inventory utilization/fill rate across domains.
  • Improved CTR and conversion rates through offer + creative pairing.
  • Steady testing cadence — new offers/partners/angles monthly.
  • Fast response to underperforming campaigns (reaction time).
  • Accurate forecasting vs. actual performance.
  • Near-zero error rate on offer/link/placement accuracy.
  • Proactive scheduling buffer maintained (7–14 days ahead).
