We believe our Team is the foundation of our success, and now we’re looking for an Information Security Manager to join our Operations Department and build a strong, pragmatic security foundation across our digital ecosystem.

🎯 Job Description
As an Information Security Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing our security framework from the ground up — from auditing current practices to creating practical, scalable controls across Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, email marketing tools, and other core operational platforms.

This is a hands-on role (not compliance-only) for someone who understands how teams actually work and can make security simple, visible, and part of our daily routine. You’ll work closely with the Warsaw-based Operations team and report directly to the Head of Operations and COO.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end security audits and maintain a quarterly review cycle.
• Configure and manage Google Workspace security settings (2SV, DLP, Alert Center, context-aware access).
• Oversee device enrollment and compliance via Jamf and Apple Business Manager.
• Standardize offboarding and archiving processes in collaboration with PeopleForce and Ops.
• Evaluate and deploy anti-phishing tools and employee training solutions.
• Create and maintain clear SOPs for security controls, data access, and incident reporting.
• Partner with Ops, People, and Marketing teams to balance security with usability.
• Provide regular progress summaries to the Head of Operations and COO.

📌 Requirements

• Based in Warsaw and available for hybrid on-site work.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Security, System Administration, or Google Workspace Administration.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise security configuration.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, ClickMagic, Salesforce) — nice to have.
• Familiarity with password managers, phishing simulations, and backup tools (SpinOne, Acronis).
• Experience managing Mac devices with Apple Business Manager and Jamf.
• Practical knowledge of identity and access management, MFA, and password policies.
• Proven ability to design and roll out security processes for mid-size distributed teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English (B2+) and Ukrainian.
