Now we’re expanding our Beehiiv newsletter operations and are looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of the projects — from concept to scale.

🎯 Role Overview

As the Beehiiv Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of newsletter projects built on the Beehiiv platform.
You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams — content, analytics, and technical — ensuring seamless execution, data accuracy, and measurable growth.

This is a strategic and operational leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and has proven experience managing digital or content-based projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of newsletter projects on Beehiiv — from launch to scale.
• Manage and mentor a team of content managers, copywriters, designers, and data analysts.
• Oversee planning, task prioritization, deadlines, and delivery quality.
• Optimize newsletter performance: audience growth, engagement, monetization (ads, sponsorships, cross-promotions).
• Collaborate with tech specialists to set up integrations, APIs, and tracking systems (UTMs, dashboards).
• Analyze KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and propose actionable insights.
• Develop and improve workflow processes within the department.

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing and managing digital or newsletter projects.
• Strong background as a Project Manager in marketing, media, or content-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of email / newsletter platforms (Beehiiv, Substack, ConvertKit, etc.).
• Confident with data dashboards (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or internal BI tools).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a fast execution pace.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience launching media or content products from scratch.
• Understanding of Growth / Acquisition and monetization strategies in content projects.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, UTM structures, and API integrations
