🎯 Job Description

As a Broadcast Manager / Data Analyst in the Email Marketing Department, you will play a key role in providing data-driven insights for decision-making. You’ll analyze campaign performance, evaluate target audiences, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance of email marketing campaigns (open rate, CTR, conversions, bounce, unsubscribe).
• Generate regular reports to evaluate KPI and ROI achievement.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing content, segmentation, and send times.
• Monitor news & trends and link them to ongoing campaigns to boost conversions.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams on strategy optimization.
• Ensure database accuracy, processing, and updates.
• Monitor compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
• Present analytical results and actionable insights to the team.

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in email or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with LookerStudio.
• Knowledge of affiliate platforms: ClickBank, Digistore, Buygoods, Everflow.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with A/B testing, optimization techniques, and segmentation.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• English level B1+.
