🎯 Job Description

As a Digital Infrastructure Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our growing portfolio of newsletters. Think of it like running a newsletter factory: accounts, domains, proxies, and templates must all be created, standardized, and maintained so the operations team can focus on growth.

This role is about speed, precision, and repeatability — the ability to launch 10+ accounts per week while keeping them stable and secure.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Account Setup & Management:
  
  • Create and configure new accounts at scale.
  • Manage logins securely using multilogin or anti-detect browsers.
• Proxies & Infrastructure:
  
  • Set up and maintain proxies for safe account operation.
  • Document workflows for repeatable processes.
• Domains & DNS:
  
  • Link domains with the correct infrastructure.
  • Register and manage domains for newsletters.
• Templates & Setup:
  
  • Build and apply templates for standardized newsletter setups.
  • Work in batches (5–10 at a time) for maximum efficiency.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  
  • Monitor accounts for login, domain, or infrastructure issues.
  • Fix problems quickly to keep operations running.
  • Suggest and implement automation for faster scaling.

Additional responsibilities

• 
  
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve the full account creation pipeline used across the operation.
  • Design and refine repeatable workflows for account creation, domain setup, browser profile management, and tool integration.
  • Evaluate and test new tools, extensions, and platforms that can increase speed, accuracy, or workflow automation.
  • Perform integrity checks on infrastructure components — domains, profiles, accounts, and tool integrations.
  • Ensure the infrastructure can scale with new newsletters, new domains, and increased production volume — plan capacity and anticipate future needs.
  • Handle recurring operational tasks that keep the infrastructure running — from updating profiles and accounts to ensuring all tools, domains, and assets remain stable and functional.
  • Monitor and route client or reader messages to the right teams, ensure timely responses, and maintain smooth communication flow across all newsletters.

Support surrounding teams by preparing technical assets, verifying access, updating links, or enabling new workflows — ensuring everyone can execute without delays.

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume account creation (social media, email platforms, or similar).
• Solid understanding of proxies, multilogin, and anti-detect setups.
• Hands-on experience with domains and DNS management.
• Comfort with high-volume, repetitive processes.
• Strong attention to detail — small mistakes can create large problems at scale.
• Plus: scripting/automation knowledge (Python, n8n, Zapier).
• English B2+
