We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist, who will communicate with our customers via email, assisting them with any technical-related issues and complaints.
Location: Warsaw (on-site)


Responsibilities:
— Handle customer requests in a timely manner, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives;
— Cultivate long-term relationships;
— Working with Google sheets\ Excel sheets and the company’s CRM systems;
— Capability to work independently and as part of a team;
— Handle written communication professionally;
— Coordinate with the Marketing team to investigate and resolve clients’ issues;

Requirements:
— At least 6 months experience in Customer Support;
— Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (minimum accepted level is Upper-Intermediate);
— Ability to actively drive problems to resolution;
— Resistance to stressful situations with customers;
*Experience with USA market will be a plus
