Affiliate manager (Marketing, Warsaw)

Qualifications:

• An in-depth knowledge of international affiliates markets (preferably US or UK)
• A minimum 1-2 years of experience in an affiliate marketing role or maybe you can call yourself an Affiliate Guru, then we ready even to fight for you
• English level starts from upper-intermediate and higher (both written and spoken). You will work in English-speaking environment, communicate with Company owners (Americans) and Affiliate Partners from US
• High level of responsibility
• Super disciplined and results-orientated
• Great communication skills
• Performance marketing software expertise (Affise, Hasoffers etc) will be a great plus

Responsibilities:

• Search for interesting offers
• Communicate and make deals with Affiliate Partners and CMO
• Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI
• Monitoring sales from affiliate sites and our marketing teams
• Maintain the creative units and promotions
• Deliver affiliate marketing reports, analytics and statistics to senior management
• In the future, possible to become department head or lead
