As a Call Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of customer calls, making it a key aspect of our business operations.

What you will do:

• Listen to call recordings using Ringba, evaluate the quality of customer interactions, and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular quality checks on customer calls to ensure they meet our established standards.
• Manage and resolve any disputes with clients related to call quality, payouts, or service issues.
• Keep track of successful calls, verifying and adjusting payouts to ensure correct compensation.
• Prepare reports based on the data gathered from call analyses, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
• Adjust payouts within Ringba based on performance metrics and client agreements.

What we require from you:

• Previous experience as a Call Quality Analyst or Call Quality Assurance.
• Strong written and spoken English language skills are necessary to communicate with clients and team members effectively.
• A meticulous approach to analyzing and assessing call quality is essential in this role to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with call recording and quality assurance software/tools.
