We are looking for an Education Project Coordinator who will be able to improve, delegate and modernize our Email Marketing Academy.

You will work with an extremely energetic and ambitious team who get kicks from what they do and will inspire you to be the front rank.

Requirements:
— Experience in a similar position for at least 1+ year;
— English at the Intermediate level and above;
— Ability to learn quickly;
— Ability to work in multitasking mode;
— Love people and communicate with them;
— Provide onboarding for newcomers;
— Facilitate and help teams to close gaps on the cross-functional level;
— Introduction of ongoing improvements to the above;


Responsibilities:
— Cooperation with trainers and mentors regarding the effective teaching process and control of students’ work during training (attending classes, completing homework);
— Communication with students and help in solving their problems;
— Experience in organizing processes from scratch;
— Willingness to continuously improve own and Academy’s efficiency;
— Automate internal processes where possible;
— Work with the CRM system.

Will be a plus:
— The desire to understand how our Academies are conducted and the willingness to take our course;
— Experience in the Digital Marketing sphere.
