3+ years of experience in an IT recruitment industry
Strong experience in the direct search for specialists: Java, Web UI, DevOps .NET, automation testers
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Ability to connect with hiring managers
Ability to “sell” the organization
Ability to drive recruitments for open positions end-to-end life cycle management of TA tasks
Ability to work under time pressures and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Good at problem-solving and in planning and pipeline management (operations)
Good sense of humor
