• Ensure SQL agent jobs, scheduled tasks, ETL processes and services run successfully
• Review SQL code and recommend optimizations while enforcing best practices
• Generate and deliver reports on a scheduled basis
• Develop best practices, evaluate, recommend, and apply alternate/new technologies/best practices

Our client is US leading provider of business information and analytics. It is a global company with proven experts in areas like risk assessment, underwriting support, investment and marketing decisions, preventing fraud, and business performance improvement in daily operations.

The current project stage is aimed for migration MS SQL Server 2005 to MS SQL Server 2014. Majority of the migration is done, however, there are still small pieces need to be migrated in the nearest future. The customer is also in a process to migrate DTS packages into SSIS.

Project plans for 2018 are to rewrite/refactor criminal reports generation. The volume of the data is quite big.
