We are looking for a Senior Java Developer/Tech Lead to join a growing account in EPAM Kharkiv.
This is a challenging role for Spring, AWS and microservices fan to lead a new project stream: this position is about technical leadership.
While joining the project, there will be an option to join a SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE SCHOOL in autumn 2018.

Client info: one of largest information services providers in the USA.
Product developed: digital library for knowledgebase services for scientific institutions.
Scope: architectural design and engineering efforts on content repository and data ingestion/ data acquisition pipelines to be rolled out in Amazon AWS.
Objectives: deliver the next-level platform built from scratch in AWS cloud, microservice architecture, and Netflix stack, ingest existing content into the cloud.

Technology stack to be used (some of these you will be able to learn on the job):
— Spring 4+/5 stack (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, etc.)
— Netfix stack — Zuul/Feigh/Hystrix/Ribbon/Eureka
— Elastic Search 6+
— AWS stack — CloudFormation, CloudWatch, ECS, EC2, S3, ElasticSearch Service, AuroraDB, Route53, etc.
— MongoDB
— Github (Gitflow as workflow)
— Test Driven Development
— Unit Testing (JUnit), static code quality governance (Sonar)
— E2E testing through Spring Contracts/WireMock/Chai/JMeter/Gatling
