— At least one year of Project Management experience (team of 10+ people, multiple projects is a plus):

— Working with Talent Acquisition organization to align priorities for hiring to address relevant demand
— Designing complex staffing solutions (combination of multiple staffing channels, available resources, ramp up and down planning, hiring from the market, relocations and rotations from existing assignments)
— Owning Office reporting by consolidating information from relevant stakeholders and cooperating with set of different departments
— Championing usage of EPAM internal tools and analytics, providing continuous feedback for improvements
