REQUIREMENTS
• At least 4 years of user-centered design expertise;
• Proficiency in design & prototyping tools;
• Experience in organizing and leading effective process inside design team according to agile methodologies;
• Ability to synthesize and communicate research findings, conceptual ideas & detailed design to customers;
• Ability to estimate project scope;
• Experience of conducting workshops with client;
• Experience in mentorship and knowledge sharing;
• Strong conceptual thinking. Ability to give efficient feedback to others and argumentation of own decisions;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Proactivity and high motivation to improve;
• Storyteller — be able to compellingly communicate the story of design solutions to clients;
• Curious, self-driven and passionate attitude;
• Upper intermediate English (B2), readiness to travel.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading provider of consumer, financial and property information, analytics and services to business and government. It is a global company with proven expertise in the areas like risk assessment, underwriting support, investment and marketing decisions, preventing fraud, and business performance improvement in daily operations. Its vision is to deliver unique property-level insights that power the global real estate economy.

The project our team is working on is a 360-degree approach aiming to improve loan quality and transaction transparency. Applications and services are based on Java and Flex. New application will be developed in HTML5, Angular and Java Spring.

Currently we are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join the team. We value people who are optimistic, who take ownership, talk less do more and can learn from failure. In this role, you will be involved in all parts of the design process: discovery, user research, concept development, prototyping, working with developers and leading design overall. You will work directly with customer in order to discover and communicate the business requirements and needs of their clients and context in which they come together.
