• 5+ years of experience server-side application development using Java / JEE and SCALA
• Strong knowledge of design patterns
• Experience in designing and building high performant, enterprise scale application components

Right now we are looking for a Sr. Developer with Java and Scala skills to join our Banking & Financial Services Business Unist in New York and in London. The person will be a part of our Financial Services IT team and will be involved in challenging projects with leading financial institutions. Illustrative past projects are Equity Trading platform for large institutional trader, Options and Volatility Trading Systems, Securities Settlement System, Foreign Exchange and Money Markets Confirmation Matching Engine, Cross Operations Exception Management System, etc.

At the moment we are actively expanding our team that will help a client who is building a strategic Equities Middle Office and Settlement Operations system to replace existing legacy platform. The client is a leading global investment bank functioning in a fast paced environment with geographically distributed teams.
