DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Lead Java Engineer for our office in Poland to make the team even stronger.
EPAM is seeking IT professionals to set up a cross-functional and self-organized development team for a world-leading investment bank. IT specialists will tackle development of a highly scalable risk analysis engine built on in-memory cache database. The team is responsible for back-end and front-end development using extreme programing practices (Scrum, CI, Code Review, TDD and BDD).
The project aims to develop new functionality for the existing and successful product. The project team is located in three locations: New York, London and Krakow. The team consists of four development teams, business analysts and managers. We value innovations, technologies and best software development practices.
The project has ambitious plans: increase volumes by onboarding new sources, develop new functionality, employ data science and hire two more teams.
Our client is involved in trading financial products (Real time algorithmic trading, with opportunities to work directly with the quantitative analysts and business stakeholders who build the financial models, active on 80 markets globally).
