Senior/Lead Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Technical Business Analyst interested in challenges that combine technical investigation, customer-facing engagement, and core BA activities. The API Migration project aims to help existing platform users effortlessly migrate from a legacy solution to a newly developed microservices-based solution. Requirements gathering will be a demanding process, and we need specialists who excel in both technical and communication areas. The Team is mainly located in Ukraine.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Discover and document the functions of the existing system and business processes
• Drive features throughout the life cycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes within the Team
• Communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with UX Designers on UI modeling and wireframing
• Develop product and requirements documentation, guides, and release notes
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for specific product modules
• Maintain quality, accuracy, completeness, and usability of captured requirements
• Support the Team’s Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
• Drive acceptance testing of implemented backlog items

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a mature and self-driven approach to problem-solving
• Skills in critical thinking with a strong customer-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in generating and proposing effective solutions
• Capability to communicate requirements clearly to UX/UI designers to achieve desired business goals
• Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagramming
• Flexibility to contribute to the Team’s Business Analysis processes and standards
• Expertise in web application design with a tech-savvy mindset
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 or higher)
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Understanding of system integration concepts
• Capability to analyze data to validate assumptions
• Stress resilience and ability to thrive in dynamic, customer-facing environments
