Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer with AI

We are seeking a Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in AI to join our innovation team, driving feature development, research and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions within a high-impact, cutting-edge project.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a shared AI-agents environment including settings, skills, agents and memory
• Improve project-level skills, agents and rules
• Design and implement backend and frontend features
• Build APIs, pipelines and environments ensuring architectural consistency and quality
• Drive high-quality pull requests using automated AI review agents
• Enhance developer experience and implement AI-assisted workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering background with proficiency in .NET, Azure and Angular
• Experience working on architecture and clean code principles
• Expertise in AI-First development practices and AI agent frameworks
• Familiarity with Git branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines
• Advanced understanding of Azure infrastructure and services
• Capability to take ownership of a vertical slice from start to finish
• Knowledge of MCP and model-context tools
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
