Senior Flutter Developer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Flutter Developer to help transform the parcel delivery industry through innovative mobile applications.

This position blends technical expertise with leadership, requiring effective collaboration with the Backend team and Solution Architects to craft exceptional user experiences.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile application development using Flutter in the Distribution domain
• Collaborate with Backend teams and Solution Architects to achieve seamless system integration and functionality
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team while fostering strong coding standards
• Create reusable and efficient code components tailored to project objectives
• Ensure integration with RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP for reliable web functionality
• Drive adherence to Agile practices and SDLC processes across the team
• Effectively manage code versioning processes with Git
• Communicate with all stakeholders to align technical solutions with business priorities
• Identify and address complex technical issues promptly and effectively
• Document processes and code structures with high accuracy and detail
• Improve application performance while supporting scalability

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant mobile application development experience
• Proficiency in Flutter and demonstrated ability to build dynamic applications
• Competency in Amazon Web Services, RabbitMQ, Java, and Java Spring
• Background in leveraging RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP for web development
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and continuous integration
• Strong initiative and flexibility to handle multiple high-priority projects
• Experience with Git for efficient code collaboration and version control
• Skills in analytical thinking and resolving technical challenges
• Excellent communication capabilities for cross-team and stakeholder interaction
• Proven capability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Track record of contributing to collaborative and supportive work environments
