Lead Drupal Software Engineer [Ukraine] (вакансія неактивна)

One of our customers is an American multinational consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical and medical devices manufacturer. It is a global company developing top-notch web and mobile applications and products in a highly agile environment. EPAM provides product development services for our customer and leads the projects that cover all the aspects of applications development lifecycle. Our teams communicate to customer stakeholders and technical specialists located in New Jersey offices on a daily basis. To meet constantly increasing expectations of our customer we are seeking to expand our teams with curious, open-minded, collaborative persons with a passion for software product development of a highest quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Feature development, creating web sites, building application extensions
• Following best practice to write a well-tested, high performing code
• Ensuring seamless data integration across the platform

REQUIREMENTS

• Intermediate Drupal experience, at least 4-5 years
• Experience in setting up and maintaining a Linux server
• Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
• Understanding of Agile practices
• Minimum 3+ years of experience building web applications
• PHP 5.6, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basics)
• Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B1+)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with CI/CD development practices
• Experience with SASS, LESS or other CSS preprocessor
• Experience with Grunt or other JavaScript task runner
• Experience in setting up and maintaining a Linux server
• Experience with Vagrant or other similar approaches
• Experience with multisite and i18n solutions
• Good requirements understanding
• Able to propose better technical solution if he/she sees it
• Good command of English
