— Create a wide Talent pool using different channels
— Pre-screen and present appropriate candidates to the EPAM Recruiter
— Support employer branding strategies
— 1+ years of experience as an IT researcher or recruiter
— Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT Talent Pool
— Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
— Highly result-oriented
— Very good communication skills
