The customer is a global information service and publishing company. The project covers a platform (web-application) for publishing and managing content for online life science/medicine magazines.
Currently, the project is not documented, but maybe, some draft or outdated artifacts are available.
The TW main responsibility will be to create a how-to knowledge base (mainly in video format) for platform users.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of relevant experience;
• High investigation and hands-on research skills;
• High communication skills;
• Experience in creating video guides from scratch;
• Ability to plan and estimate the work, including the effort needed for video creation;
• BA/Project/Product management experience is a plus;
• Experience in online publishing is a plus;
• Excellent spoken and written English (B2 and higher).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating video guides for platform users (publishers) to help them learn about magazines content management, layout settings, etc.;
The video guides are to be created from scratch. The tasks will include all the elements of a video production lifecycle — planning, video recording, scriptwriting, voiceover creations, etc.;
• Creating written documentation is also possible in the future;
• Currently, video or documentation tools are not selected for the project. The TW will need to provide a grounded suggestion for tools to be used.
