• 5+ years of experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Linux/Unix/Solaris-based
• 2+ years of scripting language experience — Shell, Perl
• Solid knowledge in computer networks (OSI model, packet switching concepts, IP protocol stack, routing and routable protocols)
• Networking troubleshooting (TCP, UDP, Multicast)
• Confident knowledge of Bash, Python
• Practical knowledge of relational databases
• At least basic skills in Java programming language
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with Pentaho Kettle or other ETL tools would be a plus
• Experience in direct customer communication would be a plus
• Good level of spoken and written English, both verbal and written (B2+)

• Take technical ownership of infrastructure components and monitoring toolset
• Participate and start driving analysis of infrastructure capacity (network bandwidth, CPU & memory capacity, system level bottlenecks), improvements definition and implementation
• Work collaboratively providing support and sharing knowledge to other colleagues across all locations
• Communicate to client stakeholder on a daily basis in order to elaborate on architecture and technical decisions
