Currently, we are looking for a Human Resources (People Operations) Specialist in our Dnipro office. We are searching for a communicative and curious, open-minded and pro-active candidate lead by example and plainly solve conflicts and find compromises. An ideal candidate to join our team in Dnipro possesses both excellent analytical skills and restless creative mind and is always eager to learn.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of experience in the Human Resource area;
• Completed higher education;
• Computer proficiency with MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook);
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. Able to work with a positive “Can Do” attitude;
• Ability to run a set of tasks within the assigned process autonomously and contribute to group work as part of a team;
• Pro-activity and goal orientation;
• Work experience in IT or service company will be a plus;
• Readiness to take responsibility for own tasks completion and proper escalation in case of unexpected circumstances;
• Good spoken and written English level is the must for conducting business correspondence and communication (B2).

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support and administration of onboarding/offboarding, background check, adaptation processes for employees in Dnipro;
• Maintenance of internal databases and documents flow related to the listed above procedures;
• Managing souvenirs products for newcomers managing (inventory, reporting, ordering, distribution, etc.);
• Responsible for Audit-related tasks related to a certain location;
• Support and administration of Benefits processes in general and particularly of Insurance project including employees’ requests, insurance cases investigation, new insurance requests, etc.;
• Internal insurance training conduction for newly registered employees and newcomers;
• Communication and collaboration with different internal departments and managers regarding processes within Operations scope;
• Preparation of reports, presentations and other related materials on a regular basis and on demand;
• Understanding and following the quality metrics, procedures and guidelines;
• Communication and collaboration with external vendors;
• Managing Operations Reporting based on performed activities for certain location;
• Back-up for other team members;
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures;
• Perform other People (HR) Operations tasks.
