Собственно вот тестовое задание авторства Дмитрия Васина для данной вакансии, это задание выдается кандидату без собеседования:

You are asked to analyze and design a better solution for the fare service in the Kyiv subway.
• Please propose a plan on how you’ll approach to design the new service. Describe the goals and the expected results for each stage.
• Describe major gaps for improvement and key user scenarios.
• Create the detailed interaction design for the proposed solution (could be self-service kiosk or any other option).

Think big, but make things easy and straightforward, and please don’t feel constrained.
