EOS SAR is looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Manager.

The primary responsibilities of this position are providing new market development, establishing the partnership for the EOS SAR project.

EOS SAR (Synthetic aperture radar) is the product company, with headquarters in the USA, California, and development centers in Ukraine — Kyiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya. The project goal is to deploy a constellation of small satellites with SAR payload for Earth observation (EO) purposes. SAR remote sensing application areas of interest: Insurance, maritime surveillance, intelligence, agriculture, forestry, natural disasters, infrastructure monitoring.

Essential Qualifications:
— must have 5+ years experience in business development
— strong computer skills;
— fluent English;
— strong written and verbal communication skills, technical writing abilities;
— excellent time management and project organization skills;
— effective problem solving and decision-making skills;
— highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous quality improvement;
— demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
— maintain a helpful and positive approach to all client and colleague interactions.

Wii be a huge plus:
— knowledge of principles of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) operation;
— knowledge of the technical characteristics and levels of processing of EO images;
— understanding of applications of SAR data and SAR analytics products;
— proven experience in Earth Observing market (optical or SAR data).

Responsibilities:
— participation in the development strategy for SAR products;
— perform market research and segmentation;
— identify/grow partnership and sales opportunities;
— establishing a new partnership (MOU\LOI);
— attract new clients\partners (building client’s database, product presentations; negotiations on commercial issues, etc.);
— understanding client requirements and how our solutions can benefit them;
— find scalable ways to prospect and reach decision-makers;
— work closely with the RnD and product team;
— manage relevant accounts and actively maintain CRM.
