Entrilia is a fast-growing invest-tech startup looking for a Professional Services Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll analyze client requests, troubleshoot issues, and support software testing to ensure high-quality and reliable performance. You’ll work closely with engineers and clients, gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft’s business solutions ecosystem and infrastructure while improving software quality and problem-resolution processes.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in client support requests by troubleshooting and identifying software quality issues and areas to improve
- Engage directly with clients to understand their concerns and communicate these effectively to our development team, ensuring a clear, actionable follow-up
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure new features meet quality standards and client’s expectations
- Engage in comprehensive testing to confirm that updates are accurately implemented and fully align with client expectation
You, ideally:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Upper-intermediate or Advanced English proficiency (essential for client communication)
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
