About the job

Entrilia is a fast-growing invest-tech startup, and we are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support software testing to ensure high-quality and reliable performance, analyze client requests and help with troubleshooting their issues. You’ll work closely with engineers and clients, gaining hands-on experience with Business Central infrastructure while improving software quality and problem resolution processes.

What you’ll do:

• Test new implemented features and conducting regression testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated tests to ensure high-quality and reliable performance.
• Log, track, and manage bug reports, providing clear documentation for the development team.
• Assist in client support requests by troubleshooting and identifying software quality issues and areas to improve.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure new features meet quality standard and client’s expectation.
  

You, ideally:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Upper Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency (essential for client communication)
• Have a strong understanding of software testing concepts, integration, and automated testing.
• Have an experience at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, etc.).
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
