We are looking for a responsible Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join our growing team of IT Dutch-Ukrainian company Enkonix with 35 people onboard located in Kyiv, Ukraine.

  • Organize office maintenance and ensure that the office operates optimally with all necessary tools and equipment;
  • Supervise all office matters on a daily basis (weekly office purchases, cleaning agency management, office equipment tracking);
  • Handle all office-related issues, deliveries, and requests;
  • Work with ongoing expense reports and office budgets;
  • Provide help with the HR team’s functions;
  • Assist with daily administrative personal requests of founders;
  • Welcome visitors at the office, occasionally from other countries;
  • Organize events (team dinners, conferences, celebrations, etc.) and support global gatherings;
  • Coordinate holiday greetings and give presents to the employees;
  • Keep in touch with employees and maintain good personal relationships;
  • Fulfill personal tasks of top management;
  • Other activities.


  • Positive attitude;
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written);
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work;
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good personal relationship skills;
  • Previous office management, administrative, or assistant experience will be a plus.
