We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced QA Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our development processes and take responsibility for manual testing of our games, identifying and documenting defects, and validating fixes. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet both customer expectations and industry standards.

About You:

• Strong knowledge of QA theory and Agile methodologies
• Skilled in manual, functional, and regression testing
• Practical experience in writing test documentation
• Understanding of client/server architecture testing
• Proficient in API testing using Postman and comfortable working with REST APIs
• Must have experience with databases and backend testing
• Experience working with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana
• Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML5/CSS)
• Proficient in using Confluence, JIRA, and TestRail
• Capable of managing products from testing through to release
• Able to follow established workflows and procedures
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture
• A team player with strong communication skills across departments to ensure product quality
• Ability to work effectively in a challenging environment
• Results-oriented mindset
• Focused on long-term cooperation

Will be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming development
• Experience with testing WebSocket functionality
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Cypress, and MySQL is a plus

What goals will you have?

• Manual testing of platform components (platform backend, back office, and other services)
• Requirements analysis
• Test planning and effort estimation
• Writing, executing, and maintaining test cases and checklists
• Bug and defect handling: analyzing deviations between expected and actual behavior, and reporting bugs
• Root cause analysis
• Ensuring requirements are met
• Participation in the release process
• Running automated tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for test updates
