A platform for lessons, applications, and simulators — our product does not stand still, so we are currently looking for a Head of Product to strengthen our team!

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Proven track record in bringing products from concept to market, with a strong portfolio of achievements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate product and cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of educational technology trends, user experience, and market dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Key responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision:
  
  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goal
  • Define and articulate a clear product roadmap that addresses market needs and opportunities
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development from conception to launch
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless communication and coordination among team members
• Market Research and Analysis:
  
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product innovation
  • Analyze user feedback and data to make informed decisions and prioritize product features and improvements
• Product Development and Execution:
  
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Champion a user-centric approach, balancing user needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility
• Stakeholder Management:
  
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, educators, and internal teams, to gather insights and feedback
  • Communicate product updates and developments to internal and external stakeholders effectively
