Senior FullStack Engineer

Open Role: Engenious is looking to hire a Senior FullStack Engineer to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-performance Proofs of Concept (POCs) and full-scale production applications from scratch.
• Design and implement scalable server-side applications using Node.js, NestJS, and React/Next.js.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Work closely with the team to integrate AI solutions, including various LLMs and other ML models.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, contributing to architecture, discovery, and innovation throughout the development lifecycle and brainstorm, explore, and deliver innovative solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
• Stay current with the evolving technology landscape and apply modern engineering practices and tools to real-world projects.

Requirements:

• Brings at least 6 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Solid JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills in both frontend (React.js, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Nest.js);
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with prototyping, such as participating in hackathons or conducting R&D work, is a must.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs (REST, GraphQL);
• Strong knowledge of backend architectures and databases (MongoDB, RDBMS, Redis, etc...);
• English — B2/C1

It will be a plus:

• Experience in the AI domain and building solutions with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LlamaIndex); prompt engineering experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.), containerization using Docker, and a solid understanding of networking and web services.
