— Able to identify and select resumes of potential candidates for various vacancies.
— Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle recruiting process.
— Excellent sourcing/research/hiring skills with the ability to deep dive into searches for hard-to-fill positions.
— Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details

— General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
— experience in developing sourcing strategies creating pipelines that meet our aggressive hiring goals
— Source candidates using innovative techniques including social networking and other sourcing platforms to get the job done better, faster, and more efficiently
— Perform on-boarding process duties such as reference and background checks.
— Provide data & regular updates to the hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruiting status of each position
— Full life cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions;
— Drafting job advertisements, selecting relevant posting channels.
— Direct sourcing, creating a talent pipeline, applicant management and screening.
— Interviews, reference checks and candidate communication.
