About us:

ENESTECH develops a B2B SaaS software for esports businesses with headquarters in Kyiv.

The core product is called SENET — a cloud based solution management software for PC console-based gaming arenas. Senet is used by 1000+ gaming centers in over 50+ countries worldwide. Our solution helps to automate the process, to simplify accounting for finances, to optimize staff time, to establish communication with customers and to increase profits. Our development team regularly updates the software and improves it in accordance with the latest technologies and trends.

About the role:

We are looking for a mature Business Analyst that will be a part of the cloud solution, with a clear focus on research and communication with the team. Strong command of English language is a must since validation of some futures from the customers will be required.

Responsibilities:

— Collecting functional and non-functional requirements for the unit’s products (expansion / optimization of the current and revision of the future functionality);
— Writing technical tasks / specifications and instructions for the users;
— Analyzing business requirements and their decomposition into tasks, formulation and description of tasks;
— Scheduling releases for the team based on the micro and macro goals of the unit;
— Conducting Daily Meetings, Technical Groomings, Team Retrospectives;
— Actively participating in Scope Plannings, Brainstorms, Feedback Analysis and Researches (being a part of the Product Vision formation);
— Launching and holding new events from the product team side;
— Analyzing the results, implementing features.

Requirements:

— Minimum 1 year experience within the position or with a similar set of tasks;
— Ability to clearly and concisely formulate tasks and write documentation;
— Ability to influence and establish communication among cross-functional teams;
— Experience working within a team on several products with changing priorities;
— English language skills should be Intermediate and above;
— Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a really dynamic environment;
— Understanding SDLC and web application development process;
— Knowledge of flexible team management techniques (Scrum, Kanban);
— Experience with: Jira, Confluence, Word, Excel, Miro, Comunda, Figma.
