Required background and skillset:

1-year+ experience in any ERP system (1C, Navision, Galactica, etc.);
Education or in-depth knowledge/experience in economics/accounting/finance;
Intermediate level of English proficiency (written and speaking);
Willingness to learn and work with the Microsoft Dynamics AX/ Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations;
Technical education will be an advantage.

Full-time position responsibilities:

Perform planning of test activities for the assigned area of the project(s), develop a test plan, test scenarios and test cases
Participate in the process to determine the overall conceptual design and perform business process modeling in AX system
Work with developers during initial stages of the project to ensure a common vision of the features being developed
Investigate tasks and provide estimates on hours, schedules and deadlines
Write and update design documentation
Ensure effective quality control during development, build processes and deployments
Work with developers during execution stages of the project to resolve quickly and effectively the issues found
Ensure strict correspondence between solutions developed in the team and customer’s requirements
Perform functional analysis and troubleshooting
Write ‘walkthrough’ documentation, as a part of delivery processes
Participate in project meetings and report progress to Project Manager

Stages to go through:

1. CV application and Entry Test period closes on May 8th
2. Internal Academy period:
No enrollment fee
Duration: three weeks (4-5 lessons 2-3 hours each; the third week is for the final project)
Occupation: lectures attendance and remote final project
Place: office base
3. Internship period:
Compensation: financial support from the company for the period of Internship
Duration: 3 months or more (depends on individual performance)
Occupation: 100%
Place: office based
