About the Role

Enavate is a dynamic, North American-based IT company and a Microsoft Gold Partner, renowned for revolutionizing the SMB industry through industry-based business solutions. As we expand in Europe, we are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to support the performance, scalability, and efficiency of our marketing programs. You will play a key role in uncovering insights through data, managing marketing tools and technologies, and ensuring that our marketing strategies are grounded in measurable performance and business impact.

Your Impact and Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze large and complex marketing datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar tools) to measure marketing performance and ROI.
  • Deliver actionable insights to marketing and sales stakeholders to inform campaign strategy and channel optimization.

Marketing Performance Measurement:

  • Track and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, events, paid media) across the funnel.
  • Support attribution modeling and funnel analysis to connect marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Regularly audit and improve campaign tracking practices using UTM parameters and analytics tools.

Tools & Technology Management:

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ensure accurate data flow, integrations, and synchronization between platforms.
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales Ops, and IT teams to implement enhancements or troubleshoot issues in tools and processes.

Process Improvement & Strategy Support:

  • Support lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency in campaign execution, data flows, and reporting.
  • Assist in building scalable processes and documentation to support the marketing team’s growth.
  • Assist in marketing list management and email nurture optimization based on data trends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing operations, analytics, or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate data into insights.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Power BI (or similar tools).
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, buyer journeys, and digital campaign performance metrics.
  • Business acumen to connect marketing performance with broader KPIs like pipeline, revenue, and retention.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with campaign attribution models and marketing analytics best practices.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or other BI/analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams.
