The Enavate Senior Practice Lead will be responsible for leading our Practice Leaders within the Partner Services organization. This role will provide business leadership in growing our practices for Dynamics 365 within the Eastern European region. You will have a strong background in the technology industry with proven track record of increasing sales, revenue, and team members in a 2x to 3x growth trajectory. You will be responsible for leading the Enavate Practice Leaders across CE, F&O, Business Central, and Power Platform as we grow our practices. This includes building the strategy, budget, team member recruiting throughout the region, and providing team member leadership across our EE group. As Senior Practice Lead, this role will interface with Sales, Marketing, HRС, and Finance to ensure all budgets are met and sales/marketing strategies are delivered to drive the business forward. The position will be a member of the EPS Leadership team lead by the EPS POD Meister.
