— In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
— Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)
— Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
— Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools

— Develop world-class talent acquisition strategies
— Research and identify new markets of technology talent in Eastern Europe
— Lead a team of recruiters and provide coaching and support to maximize Enavate’s success
— Establish a hiring plan with Business Pod leaders; perform analysis of hiring needs and provide team member hiring forecast
— Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
— Expand and grow our Campus/Academy hiring program
— Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
— Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
— Organize recruitment events to establish a strong Enavate brand in Eastern Europe
— Participate in our company’s HRC strategic planning regarding team member development and engagement
— Design, plan and execute Enavate branding activities

— Find roadblocks in the recruiting process and break through them

About the role:

We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team! As a TA Strategist you will be responsible for creating and executing the strategy to grow our team in Eastern Europe. This includes determining developing strategies to attract the best tech talent in our existing markets of Ukraine and Belarus as well as determining if and when we should venture into other EE locations. You will lead our TA team in planning, developing and implementing a best in class Talent Acquisition strategy for Enavate.
