— More than one year of experience in the Private Entrepreneurs support and Experience of working within a finance department (preferable in IT company)
— A clear understanding of accounting processes and procedures, knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian law
— Knowledge in Excel, Word and Outlook, Client-Bank system, Electronic cabinet of Taxpayers
— Communication skills
— Result-oriented and stick to deadlines
— Good analytical and problem-solving skills
— Pre-Intermediate English level is a must

Обов’язки

What we expect you to do:

— Assist and guide PEs in UA region during PE registration process, prepare and keep up-to-date instructions
— on PE registration process;
— Advise on opening bank accounts, transfer from another bank and prepare related documents;
— Assist with client- bank opening and related issues (changing keys, etc.);
— Signing Agreements with new PEs;
— Delivery of needed documentation to/ from the Bank;
— Set up Electronic signatures for submitting reports (prepare required documents, pay bills, set up the keys);
— Be responsible for the Group of PEs (from 60 up to 100 PEs registered in the Unified Taxation system);
— Prepare payment documents on a monthly basis (acts and invoices for each PE in Ukraine, making sure these documents are signed and submitted to the bank on time);
— Set up Insurance payment orders on a quarterly basis, make sure that it is paid timely.
— Perform the following services to the Group of PEs:
prepare and submit tax reports on a quarterly basis, reports to the Pension Fund (once per year), etc.;
calculate Incomes and ensure timely payments of the Unified Tax and the Social Tax;
perform all the activities connected with international wire transfers (currency sale, transfer to personal cards).
— Fill in books of income for each PE in the UA region on a regular basis;
— Keep a personal older of each PE in Ukraine updated and in order;
— Ensure to maintain all the PE records up-to-date including keeping all the required institutions informed about PE data changes (address, passport details, etc.);
— Provide consultancy to PEs on request;
— Prepare financial documents for visas, order bank references, etc. on request of Travel Coordinator;
— Other duties assigned by Manager.
