We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Relations and Culture Pod and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

If you are interested in closing positions (including top-level) in Eastern Europe, this role will provide you with challenges that you are looking for. To be successful in this role, you should be able to nurture trusting relationships with potential hires, create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs.

• At least Upper-Intermediate English (verbal and written);
• Experience in IT Recruitment for at least 3 years;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Out-of-the-box thinking when the usual approach doesn’t work;
• Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
• Experience using different sources for recruitment;
• Result-oriented, accountable, attentive to details, team player.

• Experience searching candidates in Europe or North America is a plus.

Обов’язки

• Active search of candidates through networking, internet postings, etc. in Eastern Europe;
• Effective collaboration with Hiring Leaders and HR Business Partners;
• Work with different positions (mostly on MS Dynamics market and admin positions)
• Provide a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates;
• Coordination of the full recruitment process (Pre-Brief, sourcing, Interviewing, Arranging other interviews, feedback exchange, Predictive Index Assessment & English Tests)
• Job posting on all available resources;
• Help with the recruitment marketing campaign (creating posters, postings on social networks, mailing);
• Writing Position Descriptions;
• Market analysis;
• Possible engagement with internal Academies for students.
