• Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly analytical; must be able to find mistakes and inconsistencies in spreadsheets filled with data
• 2+ years of marketing experience involving data entry, management and analysis (internship experience will be considered)
• At least 1 year of experience using a CRM system; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms; experience with HubSpot is an asset
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory
• Experience with building dashboards in data visualization/BI software like Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau is an asset
• University degree in Business or related field
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Excellent problem solver, reliable and resourceful
• Available to work daily from 12 pm to 8 pm to service the North-American team

• Filling missing information in incoming lead records and processing them in our CRM system
• Ensuring the timely distribution of leads throughout the day to the Lead Development and Sales teams in North-America
• Defining and maintaining data hygiene rules in the company’s Marketing Automation and CRM systems
• Scrubbing external data lists and importing contacts into Marketing Automation and CRM systems
• Monitoring and fixing problems with automation processes in the Marketing Automation and CRM systems
• Fulfilling requests for special reports, data, and marketing & sales tracking information
• Building Marketing Business Intelligence dashboards
• Working closely with Enavate’s internal and external stakeholders to reconcile data quality issues and improve data quality
